In all seriousness though, here’s how you can address this:

“I understand there’s a lot of priorities going on right now and it may be hard to manage all of it. 

At the same time, I take a lot of pride in my work and never want to compromise on the quality of my results. It’s also important we each are accountable in our work. I’ve found that there've been several recent instances where things haven’t been completed on your end as initially intended, and they end up spilling onto me. This isn’t sustainable. For example…
