I was on a billboard in NYC’s Times Square!! 

And if you’re wondering how that happened, to be honest…I paid for it. I wish I could say, I was uniquely chosen, they begged me to do it. But honestly…. I’m not that cool haha 

It was an incredible opportunity with Billboards For Good, and when Matt Emerzian let me know it was possible, I jumped at the opportunity. So grateful for them to offer this really unique experience! Thanks for everything you do! 

But what I’m really sitting with isn’t the billboard… it’s what it represents.

Because that sign isn’t about being picked.
It’s about deciding.

Deciding to invest in myself.
Deciding to take my work seriously.
Deciding to put my name in rooms before I was fully comfortable doing so.

Most meaningful milestones don’t arrive as surprises.
They arrive as risks.

Behind every “wow” moment is usually a quiet choice that felt scary at the time:
Should I spend the money?
Should I take the leap?
Should I put myself out there before I feel ready?

This billboard isn’t proof that I’m special.
It’s proof that I was willing.

And if you’re waiting for permission before you move, build, share, or try….this is it.

You don’t need to be discovered.
You need to decide.

Decide to back yourself.
Decide to show up.
Decide to make the kind of investments in time, energy, courage, that future-you will be grateful for.

Because the world doesn’t reward potential.
It responds to people who act on it.

And sometimes… that action looks like a billboard in Times Square.
