We spend so much time investing in our careers. Training. Performance. Growth. Goals.

So these last 2 days, I was grateful for the reminder to invest just as intentionally in the relationship that supports all of it.

Our annual “AGM” (Annual General Meeting) isn’t about spreadsheets or KPIs. It’s about real life.

How we’re showing up for each other.

What the next year needs from us.

How we protect time, navigate heavy travel seasons, rest, connection, and the tough months ahead.

Of course through the year we don’t wait until the end of the year to raise concerns or check in, it’s an ongoing intention. We talk things through as they come up, but then use this moment to realign, reset, and move forward stronger.

I’m so grateful for my incredible husband, the partnership we have, and the support and love we build stronger each year.
