We're happy to present the special edition of 'We Had the Same Dream', as we call in short 'Same Dream'. It moves so slow that it looks like a still image, but it's actually moving. As gallerist constantbrinkman says "it's like watching your kids grow".

In the work a hallucinatory world unfolds, filled with painterly humans and dreamlike environments in a trippy image-stream. The world is fragile here, as if extracted from a dream in which reason breaks down and everything is liquid, unsettling but in a pleasant way, fairy-tale-like visions of the subconscious.

In this special edition, the videos seems not to change, but once we look away and return our gaze, the frame shifted. So the work is playing with perception of time, existing just in-between stillness and movement.
