It wasn’t the ending I wanted. 

When I got injured and didn’t make the Olympics. When I got Silver instead of Gold. When I got 2nd place on the Amazing Race. 

None of those were the endings I hoped for.
But every single one of them became a beginning.

Because while success is what I trained for, it’s who I became in the process that changed everything.

If you’re navigating a setback, maybe you missed the promotion, launched the project that didn’t land, or had the plan fall through, this is your reminder:
