Took the day off my phone, & it was lovely. Another year around the sun ☀️🥳 1,4,25

I usually reflect around my birthday on the passed year. The goods, the bads, the experiences, the people. What patterns I was able to break, what healthier habits I was able to build.

And this year my goal and plan has been to focus on fitness and become a badass coach! Learn from others that have been doing this longer than me. Grow from the feedback of my athletes. And dive tf in!!! 
.
.
I’ve always had long vision. This year I tapped into the details! And for the first time in my life, I have learned to enjoy the monotonous daily habits, routines, and systems that it takes to get anything done in life lol. Go from step A, to B, to C. Enjoying the process.

I’d say it’s been quite a successful year!

And my favorite part of all is the people I have met and been able to grow with on this beautiful fitness journey!

Changing my life for the better, and inspiring those around me to d ok the same! Thank you for allowing me to help guide you through this.

I love helping people , and this to me is the best way to make an impact on this world. Even in a small way, one person at a time. We lift eachother up in getting better. That’s the only type of people I want around me. Let’s grow together! Otherwise, plz unfollow. Haha.

It’s so important to surround yourself around other likeminded, growth oriented people. And be in environments where people are wanting to be better. It matters.
