I know, I know- given the choice, we’d probably all rather play points for 10 minutes than do ghosting for 10 minutes.🤪

🔊 But hear me out! 🔊

The sooner you can wrap your head around the fact that ghosting is the *most specific* squash fitness you can get, the more likely you will be to do it.🤯 (I know this, because I’ve been there!). 🙋🏽‍♀️

Yes, it’s “fitness”, but it’s also *directly* going to make you a better player by:

1. Improving your movement efficiency (so you technically move better and waste less energy)

2. Timing (so you hit a more consistent shot)

3. Conditioning (so you can transfer your raw fitness to on-court squash movement)

❗️Integrating ghosting into your routine can be as simple as finishing up your practice with a few sets of ghosting for 8-10 minutes, or doing a few sets of movement before every water break/game.

✨PLUS✨ when you start to feel the improvements in your game (getting more balls back, being more stable while hitting, not getting as tired in rallies), you’ll be more inspired and committed to keep doing it! 😊.

If you want to start moving better on court, retrieve more shots, and feel more stable and balanced when hitting, you’ll want to follow some structured sessions to give you direction and stay committed.

The upcoming Ghosting & Movement program dropping inside the Squashletic Training Academy will give you that direction and structure so you know exactly what you should be doing when you step on court to ghost.

Program drops Feb 1st! Comment MOVEMENT and I’ll send you the link to join the membership & get access to the Ghosting & Movement program (and more!).
