Thankful to be alive and grateful for all of my experiences, good and bad. I've noticed a common thread in those who make something out of themselves and those who remain the same and stagnant... and one of those things is, finding the W's in the L's, finding the solutions in the problems, finding the positives in the negatives. I think you get what I'm saying. The mind is such a powerful muscle, and it needs to be exercised and strengthened daily. No one is perfect, I know I'm not. But every day I do my best to be better. And that's all we can do. Let's lift each other up instead of tearing one another down. Nothing comes from that. Beautiful things come when we support each other and work together. .
