Made a pizza sandwich using my viral pizza dough and mezemike ‘s Viral Doner Kebab hack!

Ingredients

Pizza Dough:
	•	2 cups flour, 160 ml warm water, 3.5 g yeast, 1.5 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp oil

Doner Kebab Beef:
	•	500 g beef mince
	•	1.5 tsp each: salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, cumin, coriander
	•	2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garam masala
	•	2 tbsp onion paste, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

Roasted Veggie Sauce:
	•	2 peppers, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, olive oil
	•	Lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, salt

Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
	•	Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt

Assembly:
	•	Mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil

Instructions

1. Dough
	1.	Bloom yeast with water + sugar. Mix in flour, salt, oil.
	2.	Rest 30–45 min.
	3.	Do 3 rounds of stretch-and-folds with 25–30 min rest in between.
	4.	Bulk proof 1–1.5 hrs.

2. Doner Kebab Beef
	1.	Mix beef with spices, onion paste, yogurt.
	2.	Divide into 4 balls.
	3.	Flatten each between parchment sheets, remove top sheet, loosely roll with bottom sheet still attached.
	4.	Place rolls on a tray.

3. Roast
	1.	Add peppers, tomatoes, onion; drizzle with oil.
	2.	Bake at 200°C for 30 min.
	3.	Shred cooked beef.

4. Sauces
	•	Veggie Sauce: Blend roasted veggies with lemon juice, spices, salt.
	•	Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Mix yogurt, lemon, garlic, cumin, salt.

5. Pizza Sandwich
	1.	Heat oven to 270°C.
	2.	Shape dough piece, brush with oil, add mozzarella, fold.
	3.	Bake 6–7 min until golden.

6. Assemble
	1.	Open sandwich. Add shredded kebab, lettuce, tomatoes, veggie sauce, and garlic yogurt sauce.
	2.	Close and enjoy!
