Truth is, I was a mess for a good couple of months... When you're always go, go, go, and then coming to a complete stop, alone, plays lots of tricks with your mind. In addition to being an empath and everything going on. I had to work through things I didn't even know needed work. And stopped working out on a consistent basis on top of that. Being "healthy" does not just mean not getting the corona virus 🙄. You can be unhealthy in your mind and heart as well. Make sure to check yourself and do what you have to, to get right. And be patient with yourself & one another, show love and compassion. Fortunately, we're all going through our own thing at the same time. What you do about it, is on YOU. Take responsibility, own up, put the work in. Small steps, long vision. Day by day. Ask your friends and family how they're feeling today.

So full of gratitude. This place centers me, brings me peace, clarity, strength, and joy.  It sets the tone for the day & the energy is always up. Self love for me is doing things like this that keep your mind, body, & soul right. Living a healthy lifestyle and having a positive mindset is everything. Hopefully people are recognizing that during this time.
