Hey IG family. I took a little social media detox for a week when I noticed my entire feed was total corona hysteria. This was a personal decision to keep my mind clear. .

FIRST AND FOREMOST, if we haven't spoken, please comment below and let me know that you and your family are ok. These are tough times for us all, myself included, and we're all in this together. .

I don't have all the answers, nor do I claim to, I'm figuring this out just like you. But I can tell you this, my ability to stay centered and adapt has really helped. And I feel that in these times, it is important to make sure that YOU as an individual create your own peace first. Stay HEALTHY, POSITIVE, & PROACTIVE. And make sure your family is healthy and safe as well. .

I would also like to encourage you to text or call that friend or family member you haven't spoken to in a while that you've been meaning to reach out to and see if they are ok. This was my first instinct through all this after deleting IG from my phone for a bit. I just wanted to make sure the people around me were ok. .

Although this is absolutely horrible what's going on, but there's always a positive in every negative. Please remember this. People are outside throwing frisbees, riding bike, spending time with their loved ones and doing personal inner work! And these challenges seem to be a hot commodity, lol I was tagged in a bunch and was like what just happened, since the story was gone by the time I logged on lol #quarantinechronicles . .

No but seriously, there has also been a dramatic decrease in pollution for the earth! Sometimes hard moments that force us to slow down, create positive outcomes and level us up to come out stronger than before. .
