## Caption

Easy Blackberry Jam 🫐
2 cups blackberries
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2–3 tbsp water (if needed)
Vanilla extract (optional)

Combine everything in a pan.
Cook on medium until berries soften.
Boil 12–15 min, stirring often, till thick.
Cool, jar, and enjoy on toast with whipped cream and a cuppa coffee ☕
