The biggest teacher, has been life itself. Seeing and experiencing so much has given me the strength to do what I wasn't able to do just 10 years ago... .

I'm forever thankful of every experience and encounter. Good and bad. Because you can always learn and grow and make yourself better. .

We live in a society today that approval, validation, and comparison, rules us. But if we honestly don't give a shit about what others think about us... and we just strive to be better today then we were yesterday (where our only competition is OURSELVES).. .

At that moment.... is when we find joy. Like my new friend nicole_mejia says 😜🙌 - it's very true though. I've gotta say, I'm glad I realized this a few years back. Cause it truly helped all aspects of my life. .
