🥡 Craving Chinese takeout? Make this Cashew Nut Chicken at home. crispy, saucy, better than takeout 🔥👇

👩‍🍳 Here’s how I made it (for 2 servings):
🍗 250g chicken, sliced across the grain
🥚 1 egg white
🌽 2 tbsp cornflour (for marinade)
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🧅 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
🧂 Salt & pepper
🔥 Deep fry till golden

🥜 ½ cup cashews — fry till golden
🌶 Stir-fry garlic (1 tbsp), green chilies (2–3), Sichuan pepper (1 tsp, optional)
🥬 Add 1 cup cabbage, 1 small onion, 1 green capsicum (all cubed) — high heat only!

🥣 Sauce:
	•	2 tbsp oyster sauce
	•	2 tbsp dark soy
	•	1 tbsp light soy
	•	1 tbsp vinegar
	•	1 tsp chicken powder
	•	1 tbsp brown sugar

🧪 Slurry: 1 heaped tbsp cornflour + 1/3 cup water
🌟 Finish with 1 tsp sesame oil
🌱 Garnish: spring onions & sesame seeds

Note: don’t add salt in stirfry because saunces will have enough

🍚 Serve hot with rice — absolute fire 💯
