Here are cheaper ways to study medicine in the UK:

1) Scholarships
Some UK med schools do offer scholarships to international students—just know they’re super competitive and often country-specific. So make sure to check your eligibility first.
	•	Hull York Medical School International Excellence Scholarship
	•	John Abernethy (Barts) Scholarship
	•	Dr Margaret Bond Medical Hardship Fund (King’s College London)
	•	Kenshole Family Scholarship (King’s College London)
	•	UCLan MBBS Excellence Scholarship
	•	William Anglesea Scholarship (Imperial College)
	•	Exeter Excellence Scholarship

2) Graduate Entry Medicine
A 4-year accelerated program instead of the usual 5–6 years.
Here’s the hack: Do a related Bachelor’s degree in your home country, then apply for graduate-entry medicine. You could save £20K–£40K in tuition.

3) International Transfer Programs
Study your preclinical years (first 2 years) at a partner university abroad, then transfer to a UK medical school for clinical years (year 3-5). You’ll still graduate in the UK.
