UCAT doesn’t test your intelligence. It’s a game - and to win, you’d need a GAME PLAN! 

2 years ago, I was literally crying a week before my test because my score was stuck at 2500+. But ONE week with the RIGHT tactic changed everything: 

Here’s what I did:
• One mock exam every day 
• Focus less on quantity. More on REFLECTION

For every mistake, ask yourself why did you get this question wrong: 
→ Was I tired?
→ Did I run out of time?
→ Couldn’t find the keyword in VR?
→ Did I even understand the question?

Then:
	1.	Revisit that question type untimed
	2.	Rewrite your “recipe” for that question type 
	3.	Hit 80%+ untimed before going timed again
	4.	Carry that strategy into the next mock — and DON’T repeat the same mistake

🌟EXTRA TIPS 
I know how confusing SJT can be! Here’s my cheat sheet:

• Very important = MUST DO, if don’t -> will have significant effect
• Important = SHOULD do 
• Minor importance = CAN do, but no benefit if do 
• Not important at all = Completely irrelevant to the issue, may cause harm if do 

• Very appropriate thing to do : MUST do 
• Appropriate, but not ideal : SHOULD do 
• Inappropriate, but not awful: CAN do 
• Very inappropriate thing to do : Doing will cause harm 

Visualise the options on a sliding scale — it makes answering so much easier.

UCAT isn’t about being the smartest. It’s about playing smart. If I can do it, YOU CAN TOO! 💪
