I remember when mattbutler95 rang me back in October and said he wanted to lose weight. 

Coaching can be different when they’re a friend.

I didn’t believe him and he knows that.

We trained every single week. He stayed accountable.

He had some bad weeks. He still drank alcohol. I’m sure he had a takeaway.

But he had more good weeks.

It’s all about living a maintainable lifestyle, right?

My perception has now changed and I genuinely believe in him.
