Do you struggle for meal prep ideas? 🤯

Truth be known, I HATE meal plans.

They’re short-term lived, restricted, never accounts for socialising and in most cases leads to overeating.

Frustratingly, the fitness industry often perpetuates that there’s a certain way to “diet”. 

Weight watchers.
Herbalife.

They create a concept calling foods “syn’s” and “replacement shakes” to achieve a calorie deficit.

After spending your disposable income on these brands each month you will naturally think it’s a magic formula.

They’re just making you eat less.

There is no perfect diet. 

And there’s no perfect food.

You can still have a biscuit with your tea.

You can still eat long, round, white, carbs.

You can still have a glass of wine.

My questions to you are:

😁 Why not eat the things that make you happy?

💃🏻 Eat the things that make us more enthusiastic in everyday life?

🏃‍♀️Eat the things that allows us to train that extra 20% harder?

Life is for living. We just need control.
