First of all, I thought I was having a stroke when I first watched this video.

It’s your first day trading, and everything sounds like a foreign language. Your best bet on day one is to focus on these three things:

1️⃣ How to manage risk
2️⃣ Targeting highs and lows
3️⃣ Accepting that losses are part of the game
