I don’t normally post stuff like this, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever posted anything like this, but this next chapter of my elevation is dedicated to truth, vulnerability and growth. I know I need to work on being more open with myself in order to rise to my next level of greatness and in this transition I’m learning to embrace the uncomfortable and act in spite of that discomfort.

FTR No, nothing happened. No, I don’t want to talk. Yes, I am ok, but Yes, I am just feeling and in my feels. If you’re really paying attention to the happenings of life around us right now, it’s heavy and I’m feeling it. So, I chose to take this moment of thought (which turned into an unexpected moment of softness) to give you all permission to open the valve and release the pressure a bit today. For me, this time, my release came as eye rivers, for you it could be something completely different. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Remember to pay attention to how you’re feeling and make a habit of releasing the pressure regularly so it doesn’t bubble up and end up exploding at unexpected or inoppportune times 🙄😅🤦🏽‍♀️ lol but if it does, give yourself grace and patience to navigate it without judgement. I’ve had enough conversations lately to say that everyone is going through it and I’m sending you the most love and prayers of understanding, comfort and healing for whatever it’s worth 💙🙏🏽
