It’s choosing 300 days of sunshine, the freedom of world-class entertainment in your backyard, and a community-driven pace of life that feels better day to day.

It’s choosing not to wait for the “perfect time” anymore.

The hardest part usually isn’t the move. It’s staying somewhere that no longer fits and realizing how much time passed while you stayed comfortable.

I’m so grateful to live in a place that people dream about visiting.

I get to wake up to mountain views, feel the warmth of the desert sun, and live in a community that offers more variety than anywhere else in the world.

And because of what I do, I talk to so many people who are craving that same feeling.

People who are tired. Not just of work, but of the ugly gray skies, long terrible winters, and a routine that feels stuck. People tired of telling themselves “one day we’ll move” while watching that day slowly turn into years.

At some point, it stops being just about the weather. It’s about feeling unstuck and finally living, and feeling proud of waking up.

You wake up to sunshine almost every single morning. Being outside feels like a choice, not a chore. Whether it’s a hike in Red Rock or casually catching a show on a Tuesday night, adventure is part of your life, not a once-a-year escape. We will die one day, and we don’t know when.
