A new community is being built on top of a former toxic site across from Lake Las Vegas in Henderson. 

Nearby neighbors have major concerns about the construction and development of the land, even though it has been rehabilitated.

Developers will be building over 3000 new homes on this land, although they say that the land has been completely removed of the toxic soil and been replaced with fresh clean toxic soil, local still have wide concerns about people living on such a site.
