Around 2017, Paul Dennison pdennison62 began coming to events at JCTC. He was always curious. Always asking important questions. We were highlighting diverse voices, building bridges across cultures and Paul didn’t just show up. He leaned in. He started to support the vision. And when the Jersey City Arts Council was being formed, Paul made sure that JCTC had a seat at the table.

That is who he is…

Since 2018, when our entire board voted him in unanimously as President, Paul has been our true co-pilot of Executive Producer. A steady hand. A strategic mind. A generous heart. He comes to every event. He supports every artist. He believes that arts and culture are essential to civic life, not decoration, but a foundation on which we can build connectivity among our diverse communities.

With more than 30 years of experience as a management consultant, Paul brings extraordinary expertise in strategic planning, partnership development, creative placemaking, and community building. Through Dennison Associates, he has helped organizations align vision with action, translating big ideas into measurable impact. 

But what makes Paul exceptional is not only his professional brilliance. It is his belief that arts and culture are catalysts for inclusive growth, neighborhood revitalization, and civic dialogue.
