“This is a standstill,” says Captain Silke Lehmköster, who oversees a fleet of cargo ships for German shipping giant Hapag-Lloyd. She shows 60 Minutes' Cecilia Vega how she monitors her six cargo ships from an operations center in Hamburg, Germany.  There are roughly 700 ships currently sitting in the Persian Gulf, including about 400 oil tankers holding 200 million barrels of oil.
