Frosted Brownies have always made me weak in the knees since I was small… which is why I had to include these brownies in my book.  They are dense and fudgy with a subtle hint of Irish cream and frosted with a blanket of silky and boozy chocolate ganache. Perfect for your St. Patricks Day celebration ☘️
