넷플릭스 ‘케이팝 데몬 헌터스’가 ‘제98회 아카데미 어워즈’에서 2관왕을 차지했습니다. ‘케이팝 데몬 헌터스’가 장편 애니메이션상을 받은 데 이어 ‘케이팝 데몬 헌터스’ OST “Golden”이 주제가상을 받았는데요.

‘케이팝 데몬 헌터스’를 연출한 메기 강 감독은 “나와 닮은 사람들이 주인공인 이런 영화가 나오기까지 너무 오랜 시간이 걸려 미안하다. 다음 세대는 기다리지 않아도 될 것이다”라며 “이 상을 한국과 전 세계 한국인에게 바친다”고 소감을 밝혔습니다.

이재는 “어린 시절 사람들은 K-팝을 좋아하는 나를 놀렸다. 하지만 지금은 모두가 우리의 노래를 부른다. 너무 자랑스럽다”고 울먹였습니다.
