I don’t get ready, I stay ready.

There’s no easing into it. No waiting for motivation. No off season mindset.

Three races left this year, and I’m giving myself the best possible chance to finish on the podium.

So it’s right back to work. Back to the gym. Back to pushing the limits. I truly love seeing what this body is still capable of at 44. I’m proud I can still show up, still compete, and still believe I belong at the top.

Age doesn’t close the window. It just raises the standard.
