Salt Cave Santa Barbara uses Himalayan salt for all of their treatments. Their massive Salt Cave is where you can enjoy their signature treatment - the Halotherapy session.

Halotherapy is where you breathe in salt particles dispersed in the air. It is inspired by the natural environment of salt caves and aims to improve respiratory health, relieve skin conditions, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.

During the 45-minute halotherapy cave session, you’ll simply relax in a zero-gravity chair (or even lie right on the salt if you prefer) and listen to a meditation and relaxing music while you breathe in the salt dense air.
