The NCAA Legacy Lab is a multi-day program for Division I sophomore and junior student-athletes that explores entrepreneurship while they are still competing. Learners choose from three tracks: Brand in Motion, Blueprint to Breakthrough and Built to Serve, each designed to help student-athletes develop business knowledge, explore NIL opportunities or build socially responsible ventures.

The program provides mentorship, interactive learning and a collaborative environment where student-athletes can translate the discipline, resilience and teamwork developed through sport into entrepreneurial skills. Participants leave with clearer direction, practical tools and a foundational plan or pitch to guide potential ventures beyond competition. Eligible student-athletes must be in good academic standing and be nominated through the NCAA Program Hub before completing the application.
