Sweet and Sour Crab Rangoon Soft Serve 🦀🍦

Our kitchen lab went a little wild with a new idea. Sweet and Sour Crab Rangoon Soft Serve.

We start with a rich crab rangoon base made from whipped cream cheese, garlic, scallions, and real lump crab meat. The mixture is blended until smooth and airy, then piped like soft serve into dramatic swirls. From there we finish it with glossy sweet and sour sauce slowly cascading down the spirals, a generous garnish of creamy crab salad packed with even more crab, fresh chives, and crispy golden wonton shards for crunch.

It hits all the flavors you love in crab rangoon. Creamy, savory, sweet, tangy, and crispy.
