Spring is in the air and the menu is getting that refresh 🌞 with the addition of adobong dilaw (yellow adobo) 💛

What makes it yellow? ✨ Instead of using soy sauce, this dish uses kalawag (turmeric)  in the recipe. That’s where it gets the yellow hue and sets it apart from other adobo variations - originates from Batangas, the Visayas, and Mindanao regions.
