Chasing rainbows and better-for-you snacks this St. Patrick’s Day 🌈 

I put together this rainbow snack board using colorful peppers, grapes, and crunchy veggie crisps from peakapop . The crisps are popped, not fried, made from peas, lentils and chickpeas, and the perfect base for fun little bites with creamy spreads and fresh veggies.

It’s such a simple way to make snack time festive (and delicious) for the kids while celebrating a little St. Patrick’s Day magic.
