I’m often asked what’s the one thing that has helped me through some of the challenges I’ve faced and to be honest there is a whole collection of things! That’s why I just wrote a book about them! ( coming in April!) but I will say learning to drop resistance and practice acceptance has been one of the greatest tools in my toolbox.

Easier said than done I understand but once you practice it you realize how accessible it was all along. 

Also, my kidney transplant was the week of my 21st birthday not exactly on the day! ❤️
