✨ Ancestral Release Ritual ✨

Many of you asked me to share the ritual I promised — a simple but powerful practice to release fears, trauma, and patterns that may not belong to you, but may have traveled through your lineage.

Sometimes what we carry did not begin with us.
It may come from generations before us — our forefathers and foremothers.

This ritual is a way to lovingly return what is not yours.

What you need:
• Natural sea salt (as much as you like — the more the better)
• A bathtub filled with warm water
• Optional: collected rainwater

Step 1
Take the salt in your hands.
Pray over it.
Bless it with your words.

Thank the salt for its service and ask it to help cleanse and release what no longer belongs to you.

Step 2
Fill your bathtub with warm water.
If you have collected rainwater, you may add a little to the bath.
If not, regular water is perfectly fine.

Step 3
As you pour the salt into the water, set a clear intention.

You may say something like:

“I release the bonds of my lineage that do not belong to me.
All trauma, fear, karma, poverty, abandonment, abuse, and negative patterns from my lineage are returned to where they belong.”

Step 4
Lie in the water and speak gently to your lineage:

*“Your life is your life.
My life is my life.

You came before me, and I honor you.
But your fears, traumas, patterns, and pain stay with you.

From this moment forward I am sovereign.
I walk my own path.
I live my life as my highest self.”*

You can stay in the water as long as you feel called.

You may repeat the ritual whenever you feel guided — once, or multiple times.

Notice how your life begins to shift when you stop carrying what was never meant to be yours.
