My left shoulder broken and torn. 

Surgery will take a while 🥴

So 3x PRP aka plasma! 

They take and shake my blood 🩸 

They inject the plasma into my shoulder.. takes 10 minutes 💉 😖

Why? 

To keep muscles and tendons nice and juicy! 

I call it operation beef tenderloin into juicy Wagyu beef 🥩 

Hurts like hell.
