BB Agency is looking for a full-time project manager to join our international team.

About the role:
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Europe for better time-zone alignment. You’ll be working in a collaborative, design-driven environment with teammates from all over the world.

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2–3 years in the IT industry.
• A proactive mindset - someone who’s curious, takes initiative, and learns fast.
• Professional or native-level English, all company communication is in English.
• Previous agency or remote experience. (Bonus) 

We love people who aren’t afraid to make mistakes, iterate, and grow together with the team.

Salary: €2,500 – €3,500 gross/month
