Charred n Scruffed steak 🥩 Got this method from adamperrylang and it’s been one of my favorites for years. Yes, prime rib is delicious. But you end up with a lot of meat that doesn’t have crust and direct seasoning. Pounding out a two bone steak fixes that. Don’t knock it till you try it… it works 💯
