1600 leaders in one room… and a whole lot of momentum!

I had such a fun time with the team at Burlington Stores for their Annual Store Manager Meeting. 

Fun fact: Burlington is opening 100 net new stores every year right now. In retail, that’s almost unheard of!! While so many retail companies are slowing down, this team is pushing forward in a big way!

But it wasn’t just the growth that impressed me, it was what they were choosing to focus on to inspire continued growth. You could feel how much pride these leaders have in their teams and their stores. The conversations weren’t just about results, they were about how to support people, raise standards, and keep getting better together.

That’s what excellence actually looks like. Not a finish line. Just a group of people who refuse to settle.

Really grateful I got to be part of the conversation and kick off the day with this crew.
