Behind every patrol car out on the streets is a dedicated team of Temple Station mechanics turning wrenches, running diagnostics, and keeping our fleet in top shape. From routine maintenance to those unexpected “uh-oh” moments, they keep us rolling day in and day out.

While our deputies handle calls for service, our mechanics are under the hood making sure those black-and-whites are ready to go at a moment’s notice.

So the next time you see a patrol car cruising by, just know—there’s a whole lot of horsepower (and a little elbow grease) behind it.
