The 10.40 Challenge started as a simple accountability challenge, but it became something bigger 👏 

Built around 10 daily habits over 40 days, the goal was to help members build consistency through small actions both inside and outside the gym. From attending class and tracking workouts to prioritizing sleep, mobility, and nutrition, the focus was on creating routines that support long-term health.

For 40 days, members showed up, tracked their habits, and supported each other along the way, all with the goal of building consistency rather than perfection.

And the work paid off!!
