## Caption

💥 Buffalo Chicken traderjoes’ black truffle hot sauce style 🍗

First, I dipped the cut up chicken cutlets into flour, egg (mixed with a tablespoon of the truffle hot sauce), and then into the breadcrumbs (I used plain breadcrumbs).

Next, I cooked the chicken in a pan for a few minutes each side.

Then I baked the chicken in the oven for 8 minutes on 400 Degrees.

For the salad: I used romaine, tomatoes, sliced carrots, blue cheese, and organic ranch dressing - all from traderjoes! 

Overall it was a great spicy and sweet dish!
