creamy goat cheese & walnut stuffed dates 

5 ingredients and a lil messy but sooo dang good. I don’t make the rules. You just need to save and try these and you’ll understand

use the biggest freshest medjool dates you can find 
take the pits out
add in creamy cheese of your choice. I used fromagerdaffinoisusa 
chop up some walnuts and fresh rosemary. then in a bowl mix in honey with this (this is KEY so it becomes a nice tacky topping) 
finish off with maldonsalt flakey salt
