Save & make this cutie! This cheese and fruit bouquet would be so cute as a centerpiece for a galentines spread! It really doesn’t take long to assemble & can be made ahead of time. If you’re giving it as a Valentine’s gift, pack in a bakers box with a side of crackers and chocolates inside! 

What you’ll need-
— cubed cheeses: semi hard works best (cheddar, havarti, babybel, young gouda) 
—1/2 dozen roses of your choice (trimmed)
— fresh kale leaves (acts as the barrier between the non edible (roses) and edible (cheese skewers)
— long kebob skewers
— fresh herbs for garnish (sage & rosemary)
— cut up fruits and veggies of your choice 
— butcher paper (food safe sturdy paper)
— ribbon

How to make-
— Using kebob skewers add on cheese, fruits and veggies (Get creative with heart cutouts, babybel flowers and strawberries flowers)
— place square butcher paper (can use 2 layers to make it sturdy) diagonally. Lay out the roses first, topped by a layer of kale and finished with the cheese & fruit skewers
— Fill in empty spaces with the fresh herbs to give a full bouquet look
— Wrap tight & tie off with a ribbon
