Save this easy viral Boursin dip— it actually lives up to the hype! 

I’ve been seeing this all over so had to give it a try for our friendsmas party and it was devoured so quick! It took all of 10 mins to make and can easily be prepped ahead of time which is the best kind of party appetizer. Perfect for football game day snacking too! 

The flavor combo of the herby boursin and jam/honey was the perfect amount of sweet and savory and the crunch of the pomegranate and pistachio just adds to it 

What you’ll need:
2 packs of boursin (bring to room temp for easy spreading)
Fig jam
Crushed pistachios 
Pomegranate 
Green onions/ chives 
Honey drizzle

Serve with crackers of your choice and enjoy!
