You can prep these mini personal cheeseboards ahead of time and place out right before everyone sits. They look pretty and are practical since you can eat it 🙃 

TIPS: pick a crowd pleaser hard/semi hard cheese like cheddar, Gruyère, Asiago, Manchego or Gouda (these will all last longer at room temp if you place out a bit ahead of serving.)
