it’s peak berry season and this easy summer salad is one you need to save and try! 🍓🫐🥗☀️

The combo of sweet ripened berries with tangy feta and homemade pickled onions all topped with a simple homemade balsamic vinaigrette is the perfect refreshing summer salad

ingredients:
spinach salad base (arugula would be great too)
sliced strawberries 
blueberries 
raw pecans
cubed block of feta (can use pre-crumbled too)
homemade pickled onions (add sliced red onions to boiled vinegar/water/salt mixture)

Easy balsamic vinaigrette:
olive oil
balsamic vinegar 
honey 
dijon mustard (helps the dressing from separating)
salt & pepper
