Take your summer snacking to the pickle level. This dip takes all of 5 mins to prep—SAVE & try for Father’s Day or any upcoming pool party/ patio hang out! 

If you’re a pickle lover, or grew up on the store bought French onion dip (cue the nostalgia), this is going to be your new fav go-to summertime snack. There’s something about going in on a cold herby dip with a thick wavy potato chip that just hits different on those warm days outside😛😎 

Directions// 
—MIX together Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar (I like unexpected from TJ, but any sharp cheddar works), a spoonful of Mayo, chopped cornichons (more crunch than traditional pickles but can use either), fresh dill, green goddess seasoning (similar to ranch seasoning), cracked black pepper and the key ingredient—a heavy splash of pickle juice.
—STORE in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. Garnish with fresh dill & chopped pickles.
— SERVE with wavy potato chips or pretzels. Enjoy!!
