Back with another easy crostini recipe! I promise this cheesy appetizers series won’t just be crostini but the last one was a hit so I had to share another easy version— this time with pears! 

RECIPE:
—Use a good quality double or triple cream Brie (can’t stress this enough!). Cut into slices and top each baguette piece 
— Broil for 5-6 mins (watch carefully!) to get a nice melted Brie and crunchy baguette 
—Top with arugula, a slice of pear, honey drizzle, walnut and cracked black pepper 

That’s it! It’s seriously so easy (like under 10 mins) to put together and the perfect last minute bite size snack for your upcoming get togethers!
