I know grilled fruit is controversial but these kebobs covered in a herby chutney are going to change your mind! A great meat alternative or to switch it up from the usual tofu/veggies. The freshness of fruit and chutney with the warmed squeaky halloumi and bread cheese is a winning combo!⁣

What you’ll need:⁣
🧀 MUST use halloumi & bread cheese (high melting points make these best for grilling) ⁣
🍉 watermelon and pineapple (not sure what other fruit is good grilled?)⁣
🌿 The chutney is just a bunch of my home grown herbs blended with garlic, lemon juice, S&P (can also make it Chimichuri style)⁣

**lesson learned: use a grill mat!!⁣
