Roasted asparagus & burrata crostini 🤍💚⁣

It’s summer time (aka Burrata time) and since the majority of you said you’re adults who like asparagus 😋 you need to try these!! The earthy, zesty and creamy combination of these are amazing and make for an easy appetizer or snack! 😎⁣

DIRECTIONS
 ⁣
🥖 cut your baguette at an angle, lay out on a baking sheet, top with olive oil and bake at 450 for 10-15 mins (flip half way)⁣
🌵 snap off the ends of your asparagus and cut in half. Coat with pepper, salt (I used a truffle salt for extra kick) & olive oil. Then air fry at 375 for 8-10 mins (air frying will get the asparagus crispy and staying green)⁣
☁️ Now to assemble lay out the crostini, add on your Burrata, roasted asparagus, lemon zest, S&P. Garnish with some thyme and edible flowers! ⁣
